Hi Free Timers,
Happy Friday! This week, I’d love to compare notes on fun AI experiments you’ve tried recently and/or any delightful discoveries, large or small :)
Here are a few of mine . . .
🌬️ My friend just told me about WisprFlow, his favorite new transcription tool (I was mostly using Otter.ai and Descript). They have a desktop app with keyboard shortcut (mobile app coming soon) promising “effortless voice dictation in every application: 3x faster than typing, AI commands and auto-edits.”
⚙️ Check out their sample workflows on how to breeze through your customer emails and set up a comms assistant working with you all day.
🤖 I’m still working on my Delphi AI emissary: give the JB bot a try here, trained on over 7 million words of my podcasts, books, and blog posts from the last two decades.
🥗 Food tracking apps can be such a pain; today I uploaded a photo of my airport lounge breakfast and asked ChatGPT to guesstimate macros — pretty good! And so much better than adding each item one by one. Here are the results:
💪 On another health-related note, my friend and I had a question about how the benefits of a weighted vest differed from being overweight. Check out Peter Attia’s podcast The Drive and his bestselling book, Outlive, for more “Centenarian Decathlon” tips, and shout-out to my friend , who vetted and recommended this 10-pound weighted vest to me! Here’s ChatGPT’s breakdown on the difference:
💬 I’d love to hear from you . . .
