From the time Alex and I posted the workshop in Luma to yesterday’s delivery, we couldn’t keep our facilitator guide up to date! Every few days, the labs would post another new feature release, like Code Routines and live artifacts in Cowork.
Just last week, Anthropic announced the latest addition to their toolkit, Claude Design, another game-changer for small business owners without an in-house design team. You upload any existing assets (i.e. company logo, image files, brand guidelines), and it generates a whole design system.1
Because it didn’t have my proprietary (purchased) font yet, it guessed at an alternate I might like, based on the Brand Strategy Guidelines PDF that Adam Chaloeicheep and Marisol at Together Agency created in 2020. It whipped this up in a few minutes:
Of course, I’d have a lot of feedback (starting with those dreadful balloons), but still! Color me impressed.2
📆 Upcoming Events in April + Office Hours Starting in May
Paid: I’m bringing back twice-monthly agentic AI-focused office hours for paid subscribers — as a thank-you bonus, anyone who upgrades in April will get our detailed Agentic AI workshop notes with my favorite prompts. Office hours will be held on the first and third Wednesdays of every month at 12 p.m. ET. Note: they will not be recorded, since everything in this arena changes so quickly!

If you have big creative ideas bubbling, but your notes are scattered across various apps, browser tabs, voice memos, notebooks, and forgotten fragments you thought you’d remember but don’t—this is the workshop for you! You’ll get templates for a Notion idea capture and content calendar system. From there, Custom Agents can help summarize what you’re saving, and even with bulk capture; for example, “Save these 20 quotes and fill in as much metadata as you can.”
